Tjeert Kwant

CEO & President of ECC IP Holding Ltd.

Tjeert is the CEO and partner in ECC Invest, holding final responsibility for the company. As of 2004, Tjeert is also the acting CEO of ECC International (www.eccip.com), which is an investor, developer and management company for real estate projects. ECC International aims at high-end retail, office and residential projects, with a special focus on integrated retail and entertainment concepts marketed under the brand name PROMENADA. Before establishing ECC International/ECC Invest, Tjeert was CEO and partner in Cantorclin, a Dutch national organisation for facility management, with 24 offices and 1,400 employees. Tjeert started his career as a business service coordinator at Elas, where he was responsible for the selection and purchase of business services (legal, fiscal, financial, etc.) for SMEs. After this, Tjeert pursued a career as a general manager for Gallagher, in charge of the import and distribution of agricultural products and security fencing. Prior to joining Cantorclin and then ECC Invest, Tjeert was CEO and single shareholder of Clean-it, an enterprise engaged in importing and distributing cleaning products for the fine metal and aircraft industry.
