The Park View apartment building will be developed in Mokotów district, one of the most wanted places in Warsaw. Directly besides the Arkadia city park, there will be build an exclusive apartment building, with 120 luxurious buying apartments, 141 underground parking places and 1.100 m² commercial space on the ground floor. On the top floor there will be comprehensive penthouses.
Because of the location most apartments will have ininterrupted views of the park. The sophisticated and unconventional design has benn developed by the renowned architects Kazimierski & Ryba of Warsaw.
The project location is about 5 km from the city center, in the middle of the Mokotów district. This area is characterized by its many historical parks and gardens, prominent residential neighborhood and embassy buildings. The Mokotów district has been identifited in all research reports as one of the most sought-after residential locations. It is a nice living area with good services and excellent accessibility. The Mokotów district has developed rapidly in recent years -several well-know shopping centers has been built, e.g. the exclusive Galaria Mokotów. Higher quality apartments have also appeared in Mokotów over the past few years, in order to meet high levels of demand. At the moment there is a great demand for quality housing in Mokotów, as there is a shortage of development locations.
